Social Value and D&I At UKREiiF we’ve been trailblazers of incorporating D&I and Social Value into events. From our inaugural event we’ve fostered partnerships which have enabled us to provide over £2m of complimentary tickets, sponsorship opportunities, speaking slots and more to numerous organisations. We work with more than 70 D&I Groups in the industry, we embed a Diversity Charter into all sponsorships and bulk ticket purchases to aid diversity, and we seed Social Value activity across the event from reverse mentoring, workshops and hackahtons for young professionals to be inspired by the industry and progress their hard and soft skills. This has enabled us to generate over £5m in Social Value and over £35m of local economic impact since UKREiiF’s inception in 2022, whilst raising £350,000 for charity. Our resources unfortunately aren’t limited and we’re unable to work with all CICs, D&I Groups, Charities and others – but we’ll look to where possible.
