UKREiiF has promoted Jenny Henfrey and Fahmida Nisa to Senior Event Manager roles as the organisation continues planning for its future move from Leeds to Liverpool in 2028.

The promotions come after the recent announcement that UKREiiF will be hosted in Liverpool from 2028, following six successful years in Leeds. As preparations progress for both future events and the relocation of the UK’s leading real estate, property, infrastructure and investment forum, Jenny Henfrey and Fahmida Nisa will take on expanded responsibilities within the full-time operations team.

Jenny Henfrey will continue to focus on project delivery lead for Leeds ahead of UKREiiF 2027. Her focus will be on supporting the planning and delivery of the final UKREiiF event hosted in Leeds, helping to ensure continuity for delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and stakeholders.

Fahmida Nisa will focus on project deliverables for Liverpool, working on the planning and coordination required to establish the event in its new location ahead of UKREiiF 2028.

Louise Eyre, Operations Director at UKREiiF, said: “Jenny and Nisa have both made an outstanding contribution to UKREiiF over a number of years and these promotions are thoroughly deserved. Their experience, commitment and knowledge of the event will be invaluable as we prepare for an important period in UKREiiF’s development. As we continue planning for our final year in Leeds and our move to Liverpool in 2028, both will play vital roles in ensuring a smooth transition and the continued success of the event.”

Both Senior Event Managers have played important roles in the development and delivery of UKREiiF in recent years. Their experience will support the event as it prepares for a new chapter while continuing to bring together professionals from the property, regeneration, infrastructure and investment sectors.
