The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) has announced its fringe event partners for the annual event taking place between 20th-22nd May 2025, in Leeds.

Fringe events are an integral component of UKREiiF, offering organisations the opportunity to host their own events while benefiting from promotion within the official UKREiiF programme. These events significantly contribute to the local economy, drawing attendees into the city and boosting spending during the event. In 2024, fringe events attracted an estimated 18,700 attendees, generating a substantial £421,875 in economic impact. Notably, 41% of delegates extended their stay to two nights in the city region, allowing them to participate in multiple events and further support the local economy.
