As such, Bevan Brittan is once again proud to support this major event by hosting an insightful breakfast fringe event. This year our fringe event will be specifically looking at the investment and development opportunities in the senior living sector. There is a lack of supply of age-appropriate housing in the UK which puts additional strain on the NHS and social care sectors. We will discuss the need for additional senior living units, touch on the different operational models as well as discussing the future for the sector and the ongoing challenges with supply side issues such as construction costs and the statutory frameworks that the sector operates within.UKREiiF is a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on the fantastic work and organisations in the property and construction sectors regionally, nationally and internationally, and we are excited to be flag bearers for the city of Leeds for next year’s event.”Nathan Spencer, Managing Director of UKREiiF, said: “Fringe events have become a vital aspect of the UKREiiF experience, fostering deeper engagement and providing organisations with a unique platform to connect with attendees in a more personalised setting. The remarkable economic impact we witnessed in 2024 underscores the value these events bring to the local community, not just in terms of financial contribution, but also by enhancing the overall experience for delegates. We are excited to see the continued growth and success of fringe events as we prepare for another impactful year in 2025.”UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fourth annual event will be held in Leeds on 20-22 May 2025.
