“Our business-led partnership will be promoting #CentralSouthUK at a national level to build our profile and encourage good growth across the region.

“We are proud to be doing this with our partners and look forward to sharing all that the Central South UK has to offer at UKREiiF 2025.”

Claire Locke, Commercial Director at VU.CITY, said: “VU.CITY is gearing up to make waves at next year’s UKREiiF event, and we couldn’t be more excited! This event is the ultimate convergence of visionaries and innovators who are passionate about transforming urban spaces. As pioneers in urban digital transformation, UKREiiF is the perfect place to meet and work with like-minded professionals in the Built environment.

Our team are looking forward to showcasing something very exciting we are working on. We’re ready to set a new standard for the future of urban environments, so get ready to witness the future of city planning at UKREiiF!”

Leigh Dimelow, Principal Director at tp bennett, said: “We will once again be an exhibition partner at UKREiiF in 2025, stand B52 in New Dock Hall. As last year’s conference sustainability champion, our stand is designed using circularity principles with no single-use plastics. We look forward to hearing more on the themes and agenda for 2025 and meeting with industry friends and partners.”

Louise Gittins, Chair of the Cheshire and Warrington Leaders Board, and Leader of Cheshire West and Chester Council, said: “Cheshire and Warrington are thrilled to be exhibiting at UKREiiF for the third year running.  We will have news to share on outstanding investment propositions and opportunities across the region, including our world leading work on industrial decarbonisation and net zero, globally significant life science clusters, and regeneration ambitions in key urban centres including Chester, Warrington and Crewe.  UKREiiF is THE event for partners to be part of the Cheshire and Warrington story and connect with the biggest investors, developers and property experts from across the UK and beyond.”

Councillor Shital Manro, Cabinet member for good growth and new homes, Ealing Council, said: “Following our strong presence at UKREiiF 2024, Ealing Council will be returning next year alongside our partners Old Oak Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) and Imperial College London.

Ealing is the premier place for investment, with a burgeoning innovation sector via the Imperial WestTech Corridor and one of the UK’s largest and most important regeneration schemes, Old Oak and Park Royal. Ealing offers great transport links via the Elizabeth Line and HS2, including a new super-hub at Old Oak Common which brings these services together with Great Western Rail services. We are delivering more green spaces than ever before, including west London’s first regional park, significantly lifting Ealing’s already-enviable lifestyle offer and network of open spaces.

We are looking forward to UKREiiF 2025 and connecting with investors and developers who can help realise our vision for our seven towns.”

Garry Turner, Managing Director at HVSS said: “The UK’s utility infrastructure is critical to the real estate, property and infrastructure sectors. We are passionate about doing everything we can to help ensure the perceived difficulties in procuring the appropriate utility connections and required capacity are taken away from the client and dealt with by our team of industry experts at HVSS. At UKREiiF, we look forward to meeting with our existing client base and showcasing our services to any potential new client. We see this event as an opportunity to increase our knowledge of the sectors and better understand the risks, constraints, difficulties and opportunities our clients face and what we at HVSS can do to help.”

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF said: “We’re thrilled to announce that our exhibition halls are already bustling with an impressive number of exhibitors for UKREiiF 2025! We can’t wait to open the doors and watch commercially rewarding relationships take shape. Our stellar lineup includes a mix of retuning UKREiiF partners and exciting newcomers, all set to make this event truly exceptional.”

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fourth annual event will be held in Leeds on 20-22 May 2025. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
