The proposal, designed by Cottee Parker, outlines changes to the previously approved retail building. The new plans envision a two-storey structure on the corner of Stafford Road and Webster Road. The commercial building will house a healthcare facility and pharmacy on the upper level, complemented by a cafe.

The development will replace the existing car sales building, structures, and hardstand car park area. Key details of the proposed development include:

– A total building area of 1,810sqm

– A 2-storey medical centre spanning 1,592sqm

– A pharmacy shop covering 300sqm

– A food and drink kiosk measuring 7sqm

– Operational hours: 24/7 throughout the year

– Basement parking with 79 spaces

Vehicle and pedestrian access will be provided via Stafford Road and Webster Road. The Gross Floor Area (GFA) has been expanded to 1,899sqm on the 3,803sqm development site. As of the current update, no developer has been attached to this project.
