The Arcadian, a new £23m student accommodation project under construction in Nottingham’s city centre, is now part of an innovative student housing portfolio.

EVO Student, the newest venture by Homes for Students, a prominent provider of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), has incorporated the Arcadian into its collection.

Urbium Capital, the developer behind the Arcadian, plans to offer 293 en-suite and studio apartments to students from next September.

Iain McKillop, Investment Director at Urbium Capital, expressed enthusiasm about the project, noting, “The introduction of the Arcadian to the EVO Student portfolio represents our dedication to advancing the realm of student accommodation. Our focus is to provide a lifestyle-centric approach to real estate in the UK student housing sector, prioritising student wellbeing and raising the bar for service standards.”

Kate Forester, Managing Director of Homes for Students, also shared her positive outlook, stating, “We are greatly impressed by Urbium Capital’s innovative vision for the Arcadian, ideally situated in Nottingham’s vibrant heart. The Arcadian’s inclusion as the inaugural property in the EVO Student portfolio, along with featuring the exclusive Elevated experiential programme, is a testament to our commitment to enhancing student living experiences.”
