Event organiser Club Peloton has announced that Cycle to UKREiiF, its fundraising cycle challenge to The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), will return for its fourth consecutive year.

Cycle to UKREiiF takes place over three days. Covering 400kms, the event starts in Newport, south Wales, on Friday 16th May, and finishes in Leeds on Monday 19th May. Riders will cycle through scenic Welsh valleys, rolling countryside, and past historic landmarks before crossing into England, traversing picturesque Shropshire and Cheshire landscapes, and tackling the challenging climbs of the Peak District. The event begins with a rider briefing and dinner in Newport on the start date. Entry to the ride also includes a 20% discount on UKREiiF tickets.

Club Peloton is a dynamic business network that harnesses the power of cycling to drive charitable fundraising. By organising challenging multi-day rides, it brings together property professionals to build lasting business relationships, forge meaningful friendships, and support impactful causes through their collective efforts. All abilities are welcome, and Club Peloton supports riders – whatever their level – in their training and fundraising.

Meg Aitchison, Head of Events at Club Peloton, said, “We’re really pleased to be bringing Cycle to UKREiiF back to Leeds for a fourth year: it’s a great way to arrive at the Forum, while making business connections and friendships along the way. The route is stunning, and this year, riders will be fundraising to buy specially-adapted trikes for children living with cancer, a brilliant cause.”

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said: “Cycle to UKREiiF has become a cornerstone of the event, combining the excitement of cycling with the spirit of collaboration and fundraising. It’s incredible to see industry professionals come together to support great causes while building valuable connections. We’re thrilled to welcome the riders back to Leeds for what promises to be another inspiring journey.”

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, with the fourth annual event being held in Leeds on 20-22 May 2025. The Forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
