Club Peloton has confirmed that it will be organising Cycle to UKREiiF for the third year running. Cycle to UKREiiF is a multi-day charity challenge that enables people to cycle to and attend the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (21-23 May), while fundraising and networking along the way.

In 2024, Cycle to UKREiiF will take place over three-days, starting on Saturday 18th May from two locations – Oxford and Edinburgh – and will take in some of Britain’s most stunning countryside along the way. Both routes will join together just outside Leeds and will arrive together for a drinks reception at the Corn Exchange on Monday 20th May, the day before the conference begins. Entry to the ride includes 20% discount on entry to the Forum.

Chris Clarke, Club Peloton Event Director, said, “Cycle to UKREiiF has grown bigger each year, from a one-day ride leaving from Lancaster for a small but determined group of riders in its first year, to a day exploring the hills of the Yorkshire Dales last year. This year, we’re delighted to not only have expanded the length and duration of the route, but to have added two starting points to enable people to experience some of the best countryside Britain has to offer while networking along the way.”

Club Peloton is a charity and free membership club, working predominantly in the built environment sector, combining the benefits of networking, cycling and fundraising. Its events give industry professionals the opportunity to complete tough challenges together, building stronger and more meaningful working relationships. Club Peloton supports several charity projects, all of which work to transform the lives of young people: since 2006, it has made grants of more than £4.5million to support various initiatives.

Nathan Spencer, Director at UKREiiF, said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming Club Peloton’s amazing initiative to UKREiiF for a third year running! The previous year’s events have been a great success, bringing in almost £5 million collectively for The Yorkshire Children’s Charity. We’re excited to see what they have planned for this year’s event.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
