Leading real estate consultancy, Bidwells, has confirmed its participation at The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 21-23 May 2024, in Leeds.

Following on from a successful experience at UKREiiF for the past two years, Bidwells have decided to upgrade their presence at the event by taking a whole pavilion, where they will have the opportunity to build and host their own programme of sessions, activities and workshops to UKREiiF’s delegation of over 10,000 developers, investors, occupiers and local authorities.

As a prominent player in the industry, Bidwells has long been committed to driving growth and progress in the UK real estate market, particularly across the country’s ever-evolving sustainability and science and technology sectors.

The firm’s participation at UKREiiF 2024 affirms its dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends, engaging in collaborative dialogues, and contributing to the overall development of the property sector.

Speaking of their involvement, Nick Pettit, Senior Partner at Bidwells said, “Our Pavilion at UKREiif 2024 presents us with such an incredible opportunity – to take centre stage in crucial discussions, showcase market insights, and connect with industry experts. We’re looking forward to bringing together players from across key sectors and shaping the landscape of this dynamic industry.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re thrilled to announce that Bidwells have taken a whole pavilion at UKREiiF 2024…allowing them to have a bigger presence at the event, and having a space to host discussions and workshops that can help them build the connections they need for future partnerships.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
