Anwyl Homes plans to build over 150 new homes, contributing to the ongoing redevelopment of this important location. The Omega site is recognized as the largest mixed-use development site in the North West and plays a critical role in Warrington’s future growth and regeneration.The land was purchased from Omega Warrington Ltd (OWL), a subsidiary of M2 Group Ltd (trading as Miller Developments), with the deal finalized on September 30, 2024.
