A prominent office building in the heart of the Bristol has changed hands for £36.5 million. The acquisition of the Programme building, situated on All Saints’ Street, was completed by BNF Capital in collaboration with Morgan Capital. Spanning 174,387 square feet across a basement, ground, and eight upper floors, Programme is distinguished by its comprehensive refurbishment which includes modern café facilities, an educational space, a cycle hub, plus showers, changing facilities, and a drying room. This modernisation has made the building an attractive locale for businesses, especially those in the technology, life sciences, and education sectors. Expressing enthusiasm over the acquisition, Colin Opp from BNF highlighted the significance of entering the Bristol market, praising the city’s vibrant character and expressing eagerness for BNF to contribute to its ongoing narrative.

Ken Edwards of Morgan Capital echoed this sentiment, emphasising the strategic importance of the purchase. He pointed out the firm’s focus on investing in properties with solid fundamentals, situated in prime locations capable of delivering sustained value. The partnership looks forward to enhancing Programme’s status as one of Bristol’s premier and most eco-friendly office buildings, underscoring a commitment to long-term investment in the area.
