Durham County Council partner with UKREiiF 2023 March 28th, 2023 Mya Driver Durham County Council, have confirmed their involvement with the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 16-18 May, in Leeds.As part of an ongoing drive to deliver the County’s Inclusive Economic Strategy, Durham County Council have secured their spot in the UKREiiF exhibition hall where they will engage with UKREiiF’s national and global delegates including, investors, developers, occupiers, and local authorities.The County Council takes a strong approach to supporting businesses and enabling growth. As well as managing over 1 million sq ft of property and around 550 units of commercial space including office, industrial and modern laboratories the council is also lead partner of prestigious developments such as Aykley Heads and Millburgate in Durham city.The council’s business support service, Business Durham also provides business support services and access to finance including Finance Durham and County Durham Growth Fund.Speaking of their involvement Amy Harhoff Corporate Director Regeneration Economy and Growth at Durham County Council said “We are delighted to be showcasing County Durham to investors and developers at this year’s UKREiiF.
