“UKREiiF is important to the North East!”

Over 100 UKREiiF supporters crammed into Ward Hadaway’s boardroom for our North East UKREiiF Launch event last night.

And the Mayor Jamie Driscoll of The North of Tyne Combined Authority gave a rousing speech:

“UKREiiF is important to the North East as it puts our region on the map!”

“I’m NOT going to MIPIM, I’m NEVER going to MIPIM…I’m going to UKREiiF, and I’m going because I want to meet anyone who can help the North East meet our objectives.”

Jamie…you’re not the only one!

Jenny Hartley, Director at Invest Newcastle and Advisory Group member for UKREiiF also spoke at the event and was equally exuberant about UKREiiF.

“As one of the first backers of UKREiiF, in 2022 we brought along 110 different North East organisations.

Early indications are that our delegation for 2023 will be much bigger and our confidence in the event has allowed us to plan a bigger programme of events in our very own pavilion. It’s great that such a vibrant, inclusive and sustainable international forum is happening here in the UK.”

Another advocate on the sheer effectiveness of UKREiiF was Alistair McDonald from Ward Hadaway:

“The organisers of UKREiiF have managed to create a phenomenally impressive platform for anyone interested in regeneration to do business. We are delighted to associate our organisation with both the North East delegation and the overall event; our team’s footprint at the 2023 event will be much bigger.
