High Streets: North West Developer announced for 750 homes in Manchester’s Lumina Village December 13th, 2021 Mya Driver The JV between Bruntwood and Trafford Council has selected Glenbrook to deliver the housing element of their £210m Lumina Village scheme.The 12-acre site is being redeveloped to include 750 houses, 200,000 sq ft of commercial and office space, a primary school, hotel and more.Andrea George, Regional Director at Bruntwood Works, said: “In Glenbrook we have found a great partner that shares our vision for the future of this exciting new community, and we’re excited to see them bring forward their plans.
