The property developer is aiming to build 237 new homes across two buildings – on a site behind the Marble Arch pub.

The scheme, designed by Jon Matthews Architects, will include:

  • Two blocks of 12 and 10 storeys
  • 223 apartments
  • 14 townhouses

A planning application is likely to be submitted to Manchester City Council this summer.
