Registration

Registration

Following confirmation of your attendance you will receive further communication (from [email protected]) which will ask you to upload a photo and provide postal address so the badge can be mailed to you before the event. Please ensure you have completed this step to receive your badge in the post.

If you miss this deadline, you can collect your badge in person via the following options.

Pre-Registration (Monday 18th May) 15:30-19:00

Location: Palm Court Room, Queens Hotel, Leeds, LS1 1PJ

Registration (Tuesday 20th – Thursday 22nd May)

During live days registration opens from 07:30 am to 7:30 pm in West Dock, Pink Zone

Please note a photo upload is still required to generate the QR code for collection at both above.

Changing a Delegate Name

Those unable to attend can transfer their ticket to a colleague by logging into their personal dashboard. The deadline for name changes is Friday 20th March 2026.

Getting to the venue

By train

The venue is located in close proximity to Leeds Train Station (0.8 miles) with an easy walking route through the city or options for a shuttle bus, taxi, bike hire or water taxi nearby. Direct services run to Leeds from all major cities and for more information you can click here for the National Rail website.

By car

There are numerous car parks across Leeds City Centre, however the closest is CitiPark at New Dock which is the most environmentally friendly multi-storey in the UK with over 1,600 spaces. You can pre-book your parking via the website.

Please be aware that the bookings allow one entry and one exit. Once the vehicle exits the car park, the booking will expire. the vehicle is unable to re-enter under the same booking.

The registration should be recognised as you approach the barriers, should the barrier fail to raise, a QR code will be created for each booking that can be scanned to access the car park.

By park and ride

There are three park and ride sites in Leeds, with Elland Road for trips from the south and west of Leeds, Temple Green if you’re coming from the north or east, and Stourton if travelling into the south or south west of the city. These provide an ideal alternative to finding city centre parking with buses running every 10-15 minutes.

By water taxi (from Leeds Train Station)

Next to the train station there is a water taxi that will run frequently between there and the event venue, and back.

By bicycle

There will be opportunities to join the likes of Club Peloton on a ride to UKREiiF in addition to alternative options including travelling yourself. There are several bike sheds, provided by Cyclehoop, at the event to secure your bike.

By plane

The closest airport is Leeds Bradford Airport with frequent bus transport and taxis available from the airport to the city centre. Other airports in close proximity include Manchester Airport with a direct route from the Airport to Leeds train station.

On Foot

It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from Leeds City Centre or the South Exit of Leeds Train Station.

Just follow the event signs or check out the suggested walking routes on the map linked here.

You’ll also spot friendly Wayfinders along the route between 8am and 10am each morning if you need a hand or directions.
