The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) has announced that BNP Paribas Real Estate has secured a pavilion at the annual event taking place between 19–21 May 2026 in Leeds.

Marking its fourth consecutive year of participation, BNP Paribas Real Estate will once again take a prominent pavilion space, which will act as a central hub for research, networking, media engagement and panel discussions.

This year, the pavilion will also host colleagues from Strutt & Parker’s Residential and Rural teams, alongside representatives from BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) and BNP Paribas Asset Management, reflecting the strength of the wider BNP Paribas Group and its integrated real estate, financial and advisory capabilities.

Mark England, CEO (UK) at BNP Paribas Real Estate, commented: “We believe UKREiiF is a vital platform for driving growth, innovation and sustainability across the UK’s property and infrastructure markets, and we are proud to be returning this year with an even broader Group offering.

“As part of a strengthened European platform, UKREiiF provides an opportunity to showcase the depth of our expertise, our cross-border capability and our role as a trusted, forward-thinking adviser to clients. Our pavilion will once again be a space for high-quality discussion, insight-led engagement and collaboration, aligned with the priorities of our UK business and the wider BNP Paribas Group.”

Following new investment from its shareholder BNP Paribas last year, Strutt & Parker joins this year’s event as part of its ambitious growth strategy; redefining its position in the industry through expanding market share and offering a more bespoke service offering to clients.

Gary Higgins, Managing Director of Strutt & Parker, commented: “UKREiiF provides an important opportunity to engage with clients and partners across the residential, rural and development landscape. Following new investment from our shareholder, Strutt & Parker is accelerating its growth ambitions, strengthening its offer and reaffirming its commitment to delivering highly tailored advice to clients. Being part of the BNP Paribas Real Estate pavilion underlines the power of our combined expertise and the benefits of operating within a broader, well-capitalised international group.”

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, added: “We are delighted to welcome BNP Paribas Real Estate back to UKREiiF. The continued participation highlights the strength and breadth of expertise across the real estate lifecycle, from development and investment through to management, advisory and finance. Having BNP Paribas Real Estate, alongside Strutt & Parker and BNP Paribas CIB, at the heart of the event enhances the experience for attendees and supports the high-level discussions and networking that drive the industry forward. We look forward to hosting them again in Leeds.”

BNP Paribas Real Estate is one of the UK’s leading real estate advisers, offering a comprehensive range of services across the entire real estate lifecycle, including Property Development, Transactions, Consulting, Valuation, Property Management and Investment Management.
