Sally Jameson was born and raised in Doncaster and was active in the local Labour Party for over a decade before being elected with a majority of 9,551.
Before being elected, Sally worked as a Prison Officer at HMP/ YOI Moorland in Hatfield where she was also Branch Chair of the Prison Officers’ Association. She has also worked in Parliament for the Labour Party and for Doncaster Council.

A seasoned airline professional, with particular expertise in network planning, revenue management and strategic business planning.
Specific projects undertaken have included new aircraft evaluations, responsibility for network planning a fleet of 70 regional aircraft, and managing a team of up to 20 people across a variety of commercial disciplines including commercial airport arrangements, charter sales and pricing/revenue management.
