Following the recent announcement confirming Pagabo as strategic growth partner for the next UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), the collaboration between the organisations at the 2026 event has been unveiled in the form of the Local Growth Pavilion.

At next year’s UKREiiF event, taking place between 19-21 May, the Local Growth Pavilion will be open to local authorities to share growth plans, highlight opportunities in their region and connect with the people and businesses that can bring them to life.

With support from UKREiiF, the pavilion is set to drive understanding of local priorities and encourage collaboration that leads to real progress – amplifying the voices of public sector organisations across the UK.

Aligning with Pagabo’s strategic position in the built environment sector that enables growth and effective procurement through bespoke frameworks and consultancy, the pavilion will host several sessions lead by local and combined authorities, supported by both UKREiiF and Pagabo. The flexible space can be utilised to bring together existing stakeholders or present new plans in a range of different formats, from roundtables to panel discussion and speech led sessions.

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fifth annual event will be held in Leeds on 19-21 May 2026.
