The badge must be always worn during the event. Badge Delivery After initial registration, delegates will receive an email circa w/c 29/01/26 prompting them to upload their photo and address. Where this information is provided, badges will be posted to the address provided in advance of UKREiiF 2026. Completing this step is strongly recommended to avoid queues upon arrival at the event site. If You Miss the Deadline Delegates who do not upload their details in time and miss the deadline to receive their badge in the post, can collect their badge at: Pre-Registration (Monday 18 May) 15:00-19:30 Location: Palm Court Room, Queens Hotel, Leeds, LS1 1PJRegistration (Tuesday 19 – Thursday 21 May). During live days registration opens from 07:30 am to 7:30 pm in West Dock in Pink Zone at the main event site. Changing a Delegate Name Those unable to attend can transfer their ticket to a colleague by logging into their personal dashboard which is accessible from the confirmation email.
