SCAPE Group is pleased to announce its continued partnership with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), set to return in 2026.

The public sector organisation will be hosting the Public Sector Stage and once again, taking over the on-site North Star coffee shop at the event in Leeds from 19 to 21 May 2026.

SCAPE Group enables public and private bodies to deliver value driven, sustainable projects across the built environment. Across its six companies, its services include Gold Standard verified, performance managed consultancy, civil engineering, construction and utilities frameworks, alongside specialist expertise in design, project management, property compliance, development management and estates services. A digital construction waste platform further strengthens the offer, enabling contractors to calculate, forecast and reduce waste across the asset lifecycle.

Mark Robinson, Group Chief Executive at SCAPE Group, said: “We are delighted to return as a key partner for UKREiiF 2026. This event has become a major platform to connect, collaborate and showcase the immense value being delivered across the public sector and wider built environment, and at SCAPE, we’re proud to be at the heart of it.

“Hosting the Public Sector Stage enables us to bring together senior leaders to share best practice, reflect on collective progress and debate the future of public sector investment and infrastructure. Meanwhile the North Star coffee shop offers a collaborative space where delegates can meet, network and exchange ideas that support stronger local communities.

“We’re excited to be part of UKREiiF once again and look forward to welcoming you in 2026 – whether you’re joining us for insightful panel discussions or simply stopping by for a coffee and conversation.”

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said: “We’re delighted to welcome SCAPE Group back as a key partner for UKREiiF 2026. Their commitment to supporting the public sector, alongside their presence at the heart of the event with the Public Sector stage and North Star coffee shop takeover, will provide delegates with invaluable opportunities to connect, collaborate, and explore how we can collectively deliver sustainable and inclusive growth across the UK.”

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fifth annual event will be held in Leeds on 19-21 May 2026. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
