UKREiiF: Muse Confirms Dedicated Space at UKREiiF 2026 for a Third Year in a Row November 12th, 2025 Mya Driver The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) has announced that nationwide placemaker, Muse, have secured a dedicated pavilion space at the event for a third year in a row. Muse will return to the Fearns at The Department for the annual industry event which is taking place between 19-21 May 2026 in Leeds. The space will provide a platform to host an extensive and impactful programme of panel discussions, workshops, networking events, showcases, and major announcements to over 16,000 attendees who come to the leading platform for regeneration, investment, and sustainable development. Muse, part of Morgan Sindall Group, are among the UK’s leading experts in delivering mixed-use communities across the country. Over the last 40 years the organisation has worked in partnership to deliver transformative projects, including the £1bn, 1-000 home, Salford Central masterplan. In the past two years, Muse’ placemaking teams in the North West, Midlands, Yorkshire & North East, and the South have worked with local and national partners including ECF, the placemaking supergroup with L&G and Homes England, Habiko, with PIC and Homes England and Waterside Places, with the Canal & River Trust, to build a development pipeline of £4.6 billion. This contains nearly 15,000 homes, including 30% affordable, which are ready to be delivered across 17 communities throughout the UK. At UKREiiF, Muse and its partners will delve into the role that it has been playing in shaping the future of cities and towns across the country and how the organisation is strategically positioned to drive the delivery of new communities in the coming years.
