UKREiiF: UK PropTech Association announces UKREiiF 2025 presence April 8th, 2025 Mya Driver UK PropTech Association (UKPA) has announced its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 20-22 May 2025, in Leeds.The UK PropTech Association (UKPA) is a not-for-profit membership organisation established to drive the digital transformation of the property industry. In October 2023, UKPA merged with the British Property Federation (BPF), the voice of the real estate sector in the UK. Together with the BPF, the organisation promotes engagement between PropTech companies; those developing technological solutions for real estate, and traditional property businesses. By fostering collaboration, UKPA aims to create an environment conducive to PropTech innovation, representing and promoting the interests of all participants in the PropTech ecosystem, including technology firms, property companies, investors, and professional service providers.UKPA will be hosting for a second year, the UK PropTech Hub supported by Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), creating a space where UKREiiF’s delegates can go to learn from, meet, and network with the leading voices and organisations in the PropTech sector. This year, the hub is being sponsored by JLL and Geovation with companies such as Alpha Alternatives, Optimise AI, Quantaco AI, Idox Geospatial and Waste Tracker joining as exhibitors.
