Working with architects JTP, Marleigh has been carefully designed to blend housing with extensive green spaces and community-focused amenities. The homes will include apartments, terraced homes, semi-detached and detached houses designed to complement the neighbourhood’s character and create an attractive place to live. The majority of homes will feature a dual aspect, with all apartments benefitting from private balcony spaces.The plans take a landscape-focused approach emphasising the integration of green open spaces for recreation and biodiversity. Prominent green spaces include Beta Park, The Stoop and a community garden all offering residents inviting areas to connect with nature and each other. Extensive tree planting along the streets has been prioritised to create a green, leafy neighbourhood and a welcoming environment.
