This next phase will deliver 394 high-quality student flats across four interconnected buildings, ranging from seven to 11 stories.The approved development includes:313 beds in cluster flats 81 beds in single-occupancy studios Modern amenities such as a gym, laundry facilities, communal lounges, and breakout areasThe project builds on the recent completion of Winfield Court, which opened in September, providing 693 student beds. Since acquiring the Island Quarter site in 2016, Conygar has remained committed to supporting the local community by contributing financially to affordable housing initiatives, creating job opportunities, and facilitating training programs.The project aligns with Nottingham’s broader Student Living Strategy, which seeks to expand the availability of purpose-built student accommodation while offering diverse housing options. As more students opt for dedicated student residences over traditional on-street housing, this development is expected to ease housing pressures and enhance the student living experience.
