The plans come at a time where the newly elected UK Government focus energy on creating new towns and villages to accelerate housing delivery across the UK.The site also includes large areas of open green space, strong wellbeing and health infrastructure for active travel and sporting fields for residents.30% of the homes delivered are set to be affordable.
