Oval Real Estate Secures lease with BLOCK Workspace at Bristols

JLL has announced the successful completion of a lease agreement at The Fairfax, a prominent office development undertaken by Oval Real Estate in the heart of Bristol. BLOCK Workspace, a renowned serviced office operator, has secured four floors of the office development.

Covering floors 2, 3, 5, and 12, BLOCK Workspace has acquired 21,325 sq ft of high-quality office space. The lease term spans a 15-year period, highlighting the tenant’s confidence in the exceptional location and facilities offered by The Fairfax. In addition to securing these floors, BLOCK has also taken on the management contract for the building which includes reception services, events and meeting space management.

Strategically positioned in a central location, The Fairfax has undergone a full refurbishment transforming it into a prime destination for Bristol businesses. With its close proximity to Castle Park and the Old City, the development offers a thoughtfully designed workspace across its 15 floors, providing a total of 66,667 sq ft of Grade A space. Alongside providing high class amenity, the developer have shown its commitment to sustainability and  The Fairfax has achieved an EPC ‘A’ rating.  The building was also developed with carbon saving construction, achieving the highest Scors rating.
