Pinnacle Group is enhancing its affordable housing efforts with the addition of 250 new homes, raising its portfolio to 1,000 properties across England and Wales. Developed by Persimmon, these homes will be managed by Pinnacle Spaces, one of Pinnacle’s Registered Providers.

This expansion will significantly boost Pinnacle Spaces’ portfolio, reaching approximately 500 homes, with further plans to exceed 1,000 in the near future. The new properties, which include both social rent and shared ownership options, will be located in Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex; Weston, Spalding; Wantage, Oxfordshire; and Exning, Newmarket.
