THE organisers of the UK’s largest property and infrastructure investment event, UKREiiF (The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum), have announced the return of Pagabo Group as the exclusive platinum partner for a second year.

The partnership will see a continuation of the relationship built between Pagabo Group and UKREiiF since the inception of the event. Under the agreement, Pagabo Group will collaborate closely with UKREiiF on the organisation of 2025’s event, which will take place from 20 to 22 May 2025 in Leeds.

Pagabo Group will once again host a pavilion throughout the week, holding talks and networking opportunities, and showcasing its offering across its portfolio of procurement and technology services, including Pagabo, Sypro and Loop.

Matt Christie, director of external relations and content, said: “The team at UKREiiF are delighted to be welcoming back Pagabo Group as our headline partner for 2025’s event. Our companies have a longstanding, productive relationship, which continues to evolve alongside the industry. 2024 saw us collaborate on a series of bold new initiatives including The Pitch and a collaboration with the District Council’s network to kick start regeneration in several towns across the country. I look forward to developing these further and to introducing new ones in the build up to May 2025 and we are thankful for Pagabo Group’s ongoing, unwavering support.”

In 2024, Pagabo Group’s pavilion was a central hub throughout the week, focused on fostering the connections between public and private sector organisations, which go on to drive development around the country. As well as this vital networking, Pagabo Group also hosted the third edition of the Feelgood Games, which has raised almost £100,000 for the Pagabo Foundation in just three years.

Pagabo Group also held a public vote to drive donations for charity, splitting £10,000 between Community Links, Andy’s Man Club, and Mates in Mind. Finally, it played host to The Pitch, which saw six start-ups and entrepreneurs pitch their innovations to industry leaders, selected from more than 50 applicants.

Simon Toplass, group chief executive at Pagabo Group, said: “There was never any doubt that we wanted to continue this relationship into 2025. UKREiiF has cemented itself as the go-to event in the annual calendar, and the scale of growth in its first three years has been astronomical.

“2024’s event was the biggest and best yet. Whether it’s taking a place-based approach to development over an individual scheme, through to improving the way in which projects and social value are delivered – the event really showcases the full power of partnerships and what can be achieved by driving collaboration on the bigger picture. With this renewed partnership, we’ll be working with UKREiiF to widen activity outside of the event itself, and building momentum in the run up to May. There will be more to be announced in due course, and we’re very excited about what UKREiiF 2025 will hold already.”
