The deal, involving the grade two-listed neo-classical building, marks Hillcrest’s first investment in the North West.Arkwright House, located on Parsonage Gardens, was previously acquired by Catalyst Capital in 2014 for £11 million. The building, designed by local architect Harry Fairhurst and completed in 1937, originally served as the headquarters for the English Sewing Cotton Company. Today, it houses flexible workspace provider Orega and various other tenants.The sale underscores Hillcrest’s commitment to UK property investment, as it plans to deploy £250 million into UK real estate over the next two years.
