The property, currently owned by ReAssure, a branch of Legal & General Investment Management, offers premium office space across 11 floors, including fully fitted areas with 30 desks, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, and basement parking.The acquisition aligns with Bruntwood SciTech’s broader strategy of expanding its real estate investment portfolio in the region. The developer is actively involved in several high-profile projects in Manchester, including a £25 million refurbishment of Pall Mall next door, No3 Circle Square, Citylabs 4.0, and Greenheys. Bruntwood SciTech aims to achieve a £5 billion portfolio by 2032.The last recorded purchase price for The Pinnacle was nearly £10 million in November 2009. The building’s prime location and state-of-the-art facilities make it an attractive investment opportunity for Bruntwood SciTech, which is a consortium comprising Bruntwood, Legal & General, and the Greater Manchester Pension Fund.Joint agents Sixteen Real Estate and Savills are managing the sale.
