Northern Group has expanded its commercial portfolio by acquiring the 37,000 sq ft office building at 19 Spring Gardens, Manchester. The deal was completed for an undisclosed amount, though Land Registry records show that BNP Paribas purchased the building for £13 million in 2015. CBRE acted as the agent for Northern Group, with OBI and Edwards as the retained agents.

Situated at the corner of Spring Gardens and Marble Street, the property includes 12 basement car parking spaces. Paul Dobbs, Chief Operating Officer at Northern Group, stated, “Spring Gardens is a significant addition to the Northern Group portfolio, aligning with our ethos to retain and operate outstanding spaces to work and live in vibrant parts of the city.”
