Clarion Housing’s development arm, Latimer, is inviting tenders for a £100m high-rise residential scheme in Digbeth, Birmingham. The project aims to deliver 483 flats in a development featuring both 33 and 9-storey buildings, situated between Clyde Street and the High Street.

This new housing initiative is set to transform the site of a former Safestore industrial facility and adjacent car park into much-needed mixed-tenure homes, with over 50% designated as affordable housing. The development will also offer cycle storage, internal and external amenity spaces, and essential infrastructure.

Firms interested in bidding for the project must register their interest by 10 July, with construction expected to commence in January 2025.
