Wykeland Group Expands Leeds Portfolio with New Acquisition June 10th, 2024 Mya Driver Yorkshire-based property developer Wykeland Group has purchased Elizabeth House, an office building located in Leeds city centre. The building, situated near Wellington Place and Leeds Railway Station, is currently occupied by Clarion Solicitors.The five-storey property spans 25,000 square feet and includes 15 parking spaces. The company has recently acquired several city centre properties, including the Burton building and former Marks & Spencer store in Hull, and the Waterside Centre in Lincoln through a joint venture with Lincolnshire Co-op.The acquisition of Elizabeth House was facilitated by Carrick Real Estate and Andrew Jackson Solicitors, with Dove Haigh Phillips representing the former owner.
