Tendering has commenced for the renewal of firms participating in a major £3bn schools framework in London and the Home Counties, focusing on new build and retrofit projects.

Haringey Borough Council is overseeing the procurement process for the revamped framework, designed to include small and medium-sized enterprises alongside larger firms. This new Framework Alliance Agreement will succeed the current LCP Framework (Major Work 19), which is set to expire in October 2024.

The framework is structured to deliver new school projects and extensive refurbishments, including fire safety works, through various lots:
