The prestigious Conference and Events Awards have named UKREiiF as a finalist in two categories at the upcoming Conference and Events Awards. The nominations are for “Best UK Conference / Event (over 1000 attendees)” and “Best New Conference / Event (over 600 attendees)”.

The shortlisting for the event, ahead of UKREiiF’s third event in May 2024, highlights UKREiiF’s ever growing placement as the UK’s must attend event in the UK’s real estate, investment and infrastructure sectors, putting it amongst other leading events in other sectors.

Louise Eyre, Director of UKREiiF, shared her excitement about the nominations: “We are thrilled to be finalists in these categories. It is a clear recognition of the immense effort our team has put into growing UKREiiF, making it a key event for professionals in the industry.”

The growth of UKREiiF can only be described as meteoric, with attendance rising from 3,500 in 2022 to an expected 12,000+ in 2024. This year organisers predict that £150 billion of investment opportunities will be pitched during the three day festival which has become the ‘go to’ event for key decision-makers in the industry.

News of the awards comes as the 2024 event nears, with delegates arriving at the Royal Armouries in Leeds from May 20th.
