Integrity International Group has announced the acquisition of the historic Atlas House and the adjacent Crescent buildings, positioned in the heart of London. These properties are set to enhance the group’s luxury portfolio, which already includes several prestigious hotels and residences across the city. Atlas House, a Grade II listed building, is located near significant landmarks like the Guildhall, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Bank of England, offering a strategic advantage due to its prime location.

The acquisition also encompasses the Crescent, a series of Georgian buildings offering views of the Tower of London and the ancient Roman Wall. These buildings are next to the Blue Orchid’s Tower Suites hotel, indicating a strategic enhancement of the group’s central London offerings.

Tony Matharu, the group’s Founder and Chairman, has expressed his commitment to revitalising London’s property scene, particularly focusing on heritage buildings. The acquisition aims to maintain London as a top destination for various stakeholders, including international and domestic visitors, workers, and residential communities.

This move adds to Integrity International Group’s diverse collection of properties, including luxury hotels, apartments, suites, and residences, highlighting the group’s ongoing commitment to developing first-class hospitality facilities in London. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed in the announcement.
