UK developers Picture This and Progressive Living have announced their collaboration to bring forth almost 250 residencies on the former site of the Ritz car park.

In 2023, Stockport Council approved the sale of the Fletcher Street site to Progressive Living. Since then Progressive Living has teamed up with the recently established developer, Picture This for the project.

This is just one of ten health and wellbeing communities that Picture this are aiming to build over the next ten years.

The site spans over more than half an acre and is currently occupied as a car park, and has been suggested for redevelopment for years.
