Iceni Projects have announced a 251-mile cycle ride from London or Glasgow to The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), in Leeds.

Consultants Iceni focus on creating and enhancing places for people. Their work encompasses various aspects of the built environment, such as, residential, workplace and recreational spaces. Iceni emphasise the importance of a “sense of place” and the idea that everything should have its designation place and time.

The UKREiiF event is in partnership with Pagabo and is set to take place between 21-23 May in Leeds, and will attract inward investment, generate economic growth and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.

Iceni have split their Cycle to UKREiiF routes in two with one starting at Stratford Velodrome, riding through Milton Keynes, Leicester, Chesterfield, then to Leeds. Route two begins at Glasgow Velodrome, passing through Dumfries, Penrith, Catterick and then concludes in Leeds. Both Routes cover a scenic 251 miles and the package includes, Accommodation, an expert support crew, luggage transfer to travel light, curated GPX routes, all meals, unique networking opportunities, event photography, and a custom cycling jersey.

James Bompas, Director at Iceni, said: “UKREiiF 2023 was a resounding success, both highly valuable for meeting people and thoroughly worthwhile in sharing knowledge. Opting for cycling proved to be an excellent choice, reaffirmed by the substantial demand we witnessed last year. Consequently, we are keen to replicate this achievement in May 2024. To broaden participation, we introduced a second route, from Glasgow to Leeds.”
