UKREiiF – The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum, set to take place between 21-23 May in Leeds, in partnership with procurement specialist Pagabo – has announced that Connected Places Catapult – the UK’s innovation accelerator for cities, transport, and place leadership – will be a Pavilion Partner at next year’s event.

The announcement builds on the resounding success of their collaboration at UKREiiF 2023.

Connected Places Catapult, with its deep commitment to fostering innovation and driving advancements in connected technologies and urban environments, is a prominent player in the innovation landscape. As an organisation dedicated to accelerating the adoption of solutions that transform how people live, work, and move, its continued partnership with UKREiiF is a testament to its unwavering dedication to progress.

The pavilion partnership offers Connected Places Catapult a prime platform to showcase their latest projects, innovative technologies, and thought leadership in front of an audience that comprises industry leaders, investors, end-users, developers, and local authorities.

Speaking of their involvement, Connected Places Catapult’s Ecosystem Director for Place Leadership, Sam Markey, commented: “UKREiiF provides an excellent opportunity to engage with place leaders from right across the UK. We’re excited to be growing our presence at this year’s event with a pavilion, which will play host to a range of sessions aimed at promoting innovative procurement; discussing how we can deliver innovation-led prosperity; and showcasing stand-out innovation leadership from city regions.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome back Connected Places Catapult as they take on a whole pavilion at UKREiiF 2024. Following a successful year in 2023, Connected Places Catapult have opted to return to UKREiiF. The pavilion will give them the platform to host discussions, panels, and other workshop activities for the three days at UKREiiF.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024 and is sponsored by procurement specialist Pagabo.
