Tilstone Partners Ltd, the investment adviser for Warehouse REIT PLC, a London-based real estate investment trust specialising in UK industrial warehouses, has increased its shareholding to 6.5%. The firm acquired 592,038 shares at an average price of 83.7 pence, totalling an investment of £500,001.

Following this transaction, Tilstone Partners now holds 27.8 million shares in Warehouse REIT. Simon Hope, Managing Director of Tilstone, expressed strong confidence in the quality of Warehouse REIT’s assets, citing this move as a testament to their commitment to the trust. He emphasised the attractive return prospects of the business, noting that the shares were acquired at a value perceived to be well below their replacement cost, thereby marking this investment as particularly advantageous.
