The Earls Court Development Company has unveiled an updated masterplan for their £6bn project in West London, promising to deliver 4,000 homes on a sprawling brownfield site.

With a strong emphasis on sustainability, the project aims for a zero carbon energy network and operational carbon neutrality. Slated to begin in 2026, the first phase includes over 1,000 homes, cultural and commercial buildings, and vital public spaces.

The 40-acre development, a joint venture including Delancey, APG, and Transport for London, represents a significant step in urban regeneration, blending innovative construction with green living spaces.
