Regeneration Brainery: UKREiiF’s Charity Partner For a third year running Regeneration Brainery will once again be joining us as our official charity partner. This award-winning social mobility programme, established in 2017 have been making waves in the UK by working with over 7,000 young people to encourage brilliant diverse talent into careers in the built environment. About Regeneration Brainery Its unique approach focuses on boosting diversity by giving young people, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, a taste of the various careers in property and regeneration through a mix of immersive ‘Brainery Weeks’; networking and mentoring opportunities, where young people get access to leading industry experts who have carved out inspirational careers; and by creating access to work experience placements, internships and apprenticeships. Regeneration Brainery spans their programme across major UK cities including London, Manchester, Stoke, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle and Sheffield. Each year, Regeneration Brainery also brings a cohort of their ‘Brainees’: ambitious young people with aspirations to build careers within the industry, to UKREiiF. This gives them the opportunity to experience the event first-hand, engage with some of the sector’s leading figures, develop their networking skills, and build meaningful connections that can help accelerate their career progression.
