This can be anything from large regeneration and real estate opportunities, to sites suitable for energy storage, or investment opportunities into digital or energy infrastructure. The database captures the investment opportunities and showcases them to a wide ranging number of investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and end-users to showcase where and when your next project or scheme could take place. The unique element is that we are getting the information directly from the local authorities – and when contact is made this connects the local authority and the developer/investor/end user so we aren’t acting as an agent or blocker in the middle. We currently have over 200 local authorities and councils involved in the database and this number will continue to grow – with thousands of sites ready for companies to discover. Businesses can search via a number of filters to quickly find the best sites for them, setting their default filters to instantly see sites for you, whilst notifications can be set to alert you to new opportunities matching your criteria when they are added to the site.
