West Yorkshire will once again be host to the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2024. 

As the home of UKREiiF since its inaugural year in 2022, Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire region have played a pivotal role in the event’s growth and success.  

Set to take place on 21-23 May in Leeds, this year’s event will showcase the region’s strengths and opportunities during panel sessions, meetings, and networking as part of the official programme. 

West Yorkshire will be centre stage for an estimated 12,000 national and international visitors, providing a significant a boost to the region’s hospitality sector.  

Gathering key players, influencers and decision makers within the investment and real estate markets to highlight investment and development opportunities, the fast-growing event is a unique opportunity to network and build new relationships to drive economic growth through development and regeneration.  

Delivered in partnership by West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield Councils, the pavilion programme will showcase the many strengths, successes and investable opportunities across the region to potential investors and developers. 

Highlights of the region’s programme include the first view of the emerging economic strategy to drive growth in the region; plans to deliver transformational investment such and mass transit, transform innovation through Investment Zones and also improve connectivity via bus reform. This will also an opportunity to showcase how the new Better Homes Hub programme will help deliver the net zero agenda. The event is underpinned by the West Yorkshire Plan, an ambitious vision to create an inclusive economy with well-paid jobs, great places and healthy communities, linked by a strong transport system, by 2040.
