Wrenbridge and Fiera Real Estate have secured planning approval for ‘The Row’, a £30 million mid-tech development scheme in central Cambridge. The project, which involves a newly agreed 150-year lease with Cambridge City Council, will deliver two high-specification units totaling 67,000 sq ft. Construction is now underway, with completion targeted for August 2026.
