The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) has announced that Willmott Dixon has secured a pavilion at the annual event taking place between 19-21 May 2026, in Leeds.

Willmott Dixon, a privately-owned construction and interior fit-out specialist, is driven by a strong ambition to create a lasting, positive impact on society that improves life opportunities and creates sustainable legacies for their customers and communities.

Stewart Brundell, Chief Operating Officer at Willmott Dixon Construction, said: “Town centre regeneration is one of the most complex challenges facing the UK right now, but also one of the most exciting opportunities. We’re seeing local authorities across the country grappling with how to breathe new life into high streets, unlock stalled sites and attract the investment needed to create thriving, sustainable communities.

“At Willmott Dixon, we’re actively delivering solutions. We’re creating a new civic heart for Catterick through a town centre redevelopment and working on transformational projects in Dover, Torbay and Great Yarmouth that will repurpose and reimagine important parts of these places.

“These projects demand more than construction expertise – they require partners who understand complex funding structures, can navigate public-private partnerships, and deliver quickly while maximising community benefit and social value.

“That’s exactly why we’re returning with a pavilion at UKREiiF 2026. Last year demonstrated the power of this forum to connect those with vision to those with delivery capability. Our pavilion will be a space for honest conversations about unlocking regeneration projects, exploring innovative funding routes, and turning ambition into reality.

“If you have town centre sites that need the right partner to make them viable, we’d welcome a conversation ahead of UKREiiF. Get in touch with our team now, or meet us at the Willmott Dixon pavilion in May to explore how we can help turn ideas into meaningful outcomes for communities across the UK.”

Willmott Dixon’s pavilion will be a working space for regeneration partnerships. The company will host roundtables on funding models, showcase case studies from recent town centre transformations, and provide a venue for local authorities to discuss their sites with regional delivery teams. Focused sessions throughout the three days will tackle specific delivery challenges – from complex funding structures to maximising community benefit. It’s designed as a practical space to gather for anyone serious about unlocking town centre regeneration projects.

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Willmott Dixon as a pavilion partner for UKREiiF 2026. Their reputation for driving social value and delivering sustainable, high-quality projects makes them an ideal fit for our forum. The presence of Willmott Dixon will bring fresh insights and innovative thinking that will inspire our delegates and contribute to shaping a better built environment for future generations.”

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fifth annual event will be held in Leeds on 19-21 May 2026. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
