Western Gateway has announced its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF). The UKREiiF event is in partnership with Pagabo and is set to take place between 21-23 May 2024.

The Western Gateway Powerhouse Partnership is dedicated to advancing regional development and fostering collaboration among diverse entities throughout the UK. Operating across a substantial geographic expanse from Swindon to Swansea, this initiative encompasses core cities like Bristol and Cardiff.

Their principal aim is to forge cohesion among various stakeholders: local authorities, city regions, local enterprise partnerships, and governmental bodies. Leveraging the region’s strengths—such as its leading-edge advanced manufacturing and high-tech clusters, renowned universities, and competitive business landscape—the partnership is committed to sculpting a fairer, more environmentally sustainable future.

Western Gateway has secured a whole pavilion at The UKREiiF event, where, granting them an extensive platform across the three-day duration to curate and conduct their discussions, meetings, and activities. Anticipating an attendance of over 10,000 developers, investors, occupiers, and local authorities, the event offers a prime opportunity for the Western Gateway to engage with this diverse audience.
