The programme was commissioned in 2017 by the West London Alliance – a partnership between the seven West London authorities, and has since been run by White Label Creative, collaboratively with London & Partners, West London Business, the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Company (OPDC) and key stakeholders. As a spin-out of the Capital West London Initiative, the boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Harrow and Hounslow alongside OPDC and private sector partners have secured a spot in the UKREiiF exhibition hall.
