This portfolio spans across the UK, featuring properties in key cities such as Leeds, York, Glasgow, and others, underscoring the company’s strategic shift towards reinvesting in new ventures.

Over the past five years, Urbanite Living has focused on transforming underutilised spaces into high-demand student accommodations. This initiative has not only revitalised urban areas but also addressed the acute need for purpose-built student housing across the country.

The sale includes notable developments like the Electric Press in Netherthorpe, Great George Street in Leeds, and Clyde Court in Glasgow, some of which are still under construction. This move is aimed at recycling capital to fund future projects, showcasing Urbanite Living’s commitment to sustainable urban development and innovation in the student housing sector.

Daniel Newett and Timothy Smith, co-founders of Urbanite Living, shared their enthusiasm for the portfolio’s market debut.
